PURPOSE OF THE AID
Through these bases, the granting of aid is regulated for self-employed workers, or assimilates, and small companies with up to 10 workers, who carry out their economic activity in the city of Alicante and who meet the requirements established in Base 2ª..
Its purpose is to promote the maintenance of employment, both self-employed and employed, during the economic reactivation process to avoid an increase in the levels of social economic precariousness in the city, higher unemployment rates and an exponential increase in poverty levels. and social marginality.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE AID
Self-employed workers, legal entities of up to 10 workers, mutualists, artists, sea workers, farmers and domestic workers.
They may also be beneficiaries, the partners and autonomous community members of the communities of goods individually.
Public sector entities, associations, foundations and non-profit entities, communities of property, as well as any other type of group of natural or judicial, public or private persons, without legal personality are excluded.
Financial aid is a fixed amount that is divided into three sections:
1. € 750 for self-employed workers and legal entities that do not have hired staff employed by others.
In this section, as assimilated regimes, mutual workers, artists, sea workers, farmers and domestic workers are included.
2. € 1,200 for companies and self-employed workers who have between 1 and 5 workers.
This section includes the regimes mentioned in the previous section that have hired workers employed by others, as well as corporate self-employed or self-employed collaborators.
3. € 2,000 for companies and self-employed workers with between 6 and 10 workers.
It includes the regimes of the previous section, as well as corporate self-employed or self-employed collaborators.
The number of workers employed or employed by the company, to be taken into account when calculating the aid to be received, will be the existing staff as of March 13, 2020.
