PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

Procedures for preparing and filing a personal income tax return (personal income tax, form 100)

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION:

Normally the filing period starts on April 1 and lasts until June 30 of the year following the one declared

 

WHO IS REQUIRED TO DECLARE?

Individuals, who have had their tax residence in Spain and have obtained the following income during the previous year:

Earnings from work more than 22,000 euros when they come from a single payer and when among the remaining payers, in total, they do not exceed 1,500 euros.

Passive benefits of two or more payers whose withholdings have been determined by the Tax Agency for a value of more than 22,000 euros.

They have received more than 14,000 euros from more than one payer, including spousal compensatory pensions or non-exempt alimony.

That they have had capital gains or capital returns more than 1,600 euros during the calendar year

The recipients of imputed real estate income or income from movable capital and other capital gains derived from public aid, together, more than 1,000 euros during the year.

People with profits, whose sum between income from work, movable and non-real estate capital, economic activities and capital gains exceed 1,000 euros a year.

Taxpayer, who has had capital losses of more than 500 euros during the year.

Although the limits set by the Tax Agency are not met, we recommend presenting the declarations to all taxpayers who want to obtain the refund that corresponds to them for this tax and also, to those who want to exercise their right to deduction for double international taxation, to the transitory deduction for home purchase, or to reduce the base for contributions to protected assets or social security systems.

WHO CAN REQUEST IT?

 

Any natural person of legal age than in his own name, provided that he has had some independent earnings from his origin or work income during the previous year.

 

DOCUMENTS OR NECESSARY DATA:

 

In order to access your tax data held by the Tax Agency, from the beginning we will need the following data:

Number and Validity Date of your DNI (or Date of Issuance if it is a Permanent DNI) / NIE and number of residence card support.
Spouse's DNI / NIE number (if married)
Indicate value of box 505 of your 2018 income (if I do not file a 2018 declaration, provide the last 5 digits of the bank account of which you are the owner.
Data of the habitual residence.

After downloading your tax data and comparing it with you, we will ask you by email for the rest of the data on work income and other earnings that you obtained during the fiscal year corresponding to the declaration
