Failure to submit annual accounts by a company may result in fines of up to 60,000 euros by the Institute of Accounting and Auditing. This penalty will depend on the volume of the company and its sales figure. After one year, if the employer still does not deposit the accounts, the registrar will not accept a single document that the company wants to register until the deposit is made.
