This service allows the exercise of the rights regarding the protection of personal data recognized in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data. and in Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of digital rights.

What it allows to do

Submit a request to exercise rights regarding the protection of personal data through the Electronic Registry of the Secretary of State for Social Security and Pensions.

To consider

• To submit it, you must identify yourself and sign the application using an electronic certificate or Cl@ve username and password.
• If you act as a representative, you must prove the representation by any legally valid means that leaves a reliable record of the representation.

Next steps

Once the form has been received, the data controller must inform the citizen within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended for another two months, informing the person in charge of said extensions within one month of receipt of the request, indicating the reasons for the delay.

If the person responsible for the treatment does not process the request of the interested party, he will inform him without delay, and no later than one month after receipt of the request, of the reasons for his non-action, of the possibility of filing a claim with an authority of control and of exercising judicial actions.
